FLOUR TORTILLAS 
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. warm water
guacamole
sour cream
your favorite fillings (cheese, tomato, pepper, etc.)

Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Cut Crisco in like for pie crust. Mix in water. Form a ball and knead 5 minutes. Let rest on table for 1/2 hour covered with bowl. Divide into 8 pieces. Roll each out thin with a little flour. Stack with wax paper between them. Heat in 10-inch skillet on both sides; stack covered with towel. Top one tortilla with fillings (tomato, cheese, peppers, etc.) and top with second tortilla. Grill on both sides until cheeses melt. Cut into wedges with scissors. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
