BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
2 boxes Sure-Jell
8 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. Jello
Cherry or strawberry

Bring beet juice and Sure-Jell to a boil; add sugar. Bring to a boil again and boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add Jello. Stir until dissolved, pour into jelly jars.
