BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
2 boxes raspberry Jello
2 boxes Sure-Jell
1/2 c. lemon juice or ReaLemon
8 c. sugar

Heat beet juice and Sure-Jell, add lemon juice - heat 5 minutes and add sugar and Jello. Boil 6-8 minutes. Seal in hot glasses.
