BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
1 pkg. sure jell
Juice from 1 lemon or (1 tsp. lemon juice)

Bring to boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add 4 cups sugar and 1 package strawberry Jello. Bring to a rolling boil. Put in sterilized jars and seal with wax. (Do not double unless you want syrup.)
