4 c. sugar
4 c. beet juice
1 1/2 boxes Sure Jell
1 1/2 boxes raspberry or strawberry Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook beets and save the water off of them. Combine all ingredients and cook 6 minutes hard. Put in jars and seal.
