MEAT LOAF PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or veal
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt to taste
1 tsp. pepper to taste
3 oz. Mozzarella

Season meat with salt and garlic. Pat gently into a 10-inch pie plate, including rim. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then drain. Spread on sauce, cheese and oregano. Bake 10 minutes more.

NOTE: If you want, add green pepper, mushrooms, onion flakes before baking.
