COUNTRY FRENCH CASSOULET 
1/4 c. Wishbone Italian dressing or olive oil
2 med. onions, chopped
2 med. carrots, chopped
1 lb. kielbasa, sliced diagonally
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. tomato puree
2 c. cut up pork or lamb, about 12 oz.
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
15 oz. can cannelini beans
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Cook veggies in dressing or oil until onions are transparent. Remove from pan. Saute sausage until lightly browned. Stir in wine, broth and puree thyme. Layer all of this with the beans. Top with last 3 ingredients. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 or 4 hours.
