CHRISTMAS COFFEE 
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
7 whole cloves
7 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. instant coffee granules
Whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles

Tie cinnamon stick and cloves in a cheese cloth bag, combine water, sugar and spice bag in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Remove spice bag from liquid, and stir in coffee granules. Pour into cups; top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve immediately. Yield 7 cups.
