1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut

Cut butter and cake mix until crumbly, stir in coconut. Put into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, building up edges. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sour cream 2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Arrange apples on crust, mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and egg, drizzle on apples. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
