CHEESE CRISPIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. crisp rice cereal

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir by hand until well blended. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet. USING A FORK DIPPED IN FLOUR, flatten each ball into a criss cross pattern. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
