BAKED LEMON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot cooked rice (optional)

Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
