LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Combine sugar and eggs. Mix together flour and meal. Add to sugar and eggs. Gradually add milk, melted butter, lemon juice and rind. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cornmeal rises to top to form a delicious crust.
