BANANA CUP CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
3 bananas, mashed and sieved
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar, add unbeaten eggs, nuts, and sieved bananas. Sift flour and baking soda and add to mixture. Pour into paper cup cakes. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
