1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
1 bar German chocolate, grated
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and pour in bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
