MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1/3 c. wine (or reg.) vinegar 2/3 c. salad oil 1 tbsp. parsley (fine) 1 clove garlic (optional) 1/2 tsp. each salt, sugar, and pepper 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 to 1 1/4 lbs. sm. fresh mushrooms Combine all, except mushrooms. Shake well. Add mushrooms and marinate for several days in refrigerator. (Discard garlic if clove is used.) Serve as an hors d'oeuvres or in salad. |
