MEATBALLS 
4 lbs. lean ground beef
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs on ungreased baking sheets and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until browned. Remove and place on paper towels. Flash freeze on cookie sheet for 2 hours or so and place in containers and freeze. Makes 120 meatballs. These are a great snack for kids after school. To add to spaghetti or to a meatball casserole.
