MARBLE RUM CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham crackers
2/3 c. melted butte

FILLING:

2 lbs. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 c. rum
3 squares unsweetened chocolate

Mix together wafers and butter. Press in buttered pie pan and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese and sugar on slow speed. Add eggs, sour cream and rum. Mix. Melt chocolate, add to filling and swirl for a marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
