BROCCOLI PUFF 
4 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook and drain the broccoli. Beat the Bisquick, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in the broccoli and shredded cheese. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole. Bake 60 minutes or until golden brown.
