LIGHT SQUASH 
3-4 sm. yellow summer squash
1 zucchini squash
2 sm. or 1 lg. onion
Season as desired
3 sm. or 2 lg. bell peppers
2 sm. or 1 med. tomato
2-4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Season as desired: basil, thyme, Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper or nature seasoning.

Scrub squash and slice. Slice onion and pepper into rings. Peel and slice tomatoes. Place vegetables in deep microwave proof saucepan. Cover. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Add cheese and desired herbs and seasonings. Stir to coat vegetables. Microwave 5-10 minutes on high, stirring a couple of times. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
