SUMMER SQUASH SUPREME 
3 med. yellow summer squash
3 med. zucchini
1 lg. onion
1 can stewed tomatoes with liquid
1 lb. mixed cheese ends from deli

Slice squash and onion thinly. Layer half of squash, half of onion, half of tomatoes, half of cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat. Dot with butter. Cook overed in 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6-8 servings.
