MICROWAVE ZESTY SQUASH 
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 med. yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
1 lg. tomato, cut into 8 wedges
Green pepper and onion may be added

Place butter and garlic in 2 quart shallow casserole. Microwave on High until butter is melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Mix in other seasonings, add remaining ingredients except tomato. Toss to coat, cover. Microwave at High until squash is tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir after half the cooking time. Stir in tomato and cook 2 minutes longer; cover. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
