MARSHMALLOW TREATS 
1/4 c. reg. butter
1 pkg. (6 to 10 oz.) reg. marshmallows, about 40, or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
5 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

1. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is very syrupy. Remove from heat.

2. Add Rice Krispies cereal, stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool. Yield: 24 squares, 2 x 2 inches.
