BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt

Saute onion in hot butter until golden. Stir in hamburger, garlic, flour, pepper and paprika. Saute 5 minutes longer. Add mushrooms and mushroom soup. Simmer 10 minutes uncovered. Stir in sour cream. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or whatever.
