CHICKEN IMPERIAL
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. fresh or dry parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved

In medium mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in the bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat all sides.

Place pieces in a foil-lined pan, just large enough to hold pieces comfortably in one layer. Sprinkle chicken with the remaining butter mix and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or just until there is no pink. Take chicken from the oven as soon as it loses its pink color.
