BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper

Mix sour cream, soups and milk. Add hash browns and seasoning, onions. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees (covered), 9x13 pan. Add 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
