BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Onions, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Thaw hash browns and combine all ingredients. Spoon into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees and then add 1/4 cup grated cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
