BAKED SALMON 
1 can salmon
1 lg. onion
2 med. potatoes
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can condensed milk

Peel and slice onions and potatoes in thin round slices. Line baking dish with potatoes and onions. Shred salmon; cover potatoes and onions with a layer of salmon. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour and add salt and pepper.

Make another layer of potatoes, onions and almonds. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cut small pats of butter, scatter over top. Pour juice of salmon and milk over mixture. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
