CHEESE SQUASH CRISP 
3 c. squash (cut into sm. pieces)
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Arrange squash in greased square baking dish. Pour water over squash. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Make topping mix with sugar, flour and shortening and work with fork to form crumbly mixture. Then mix in grated cheese. Cover top of squash with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
