CHEESED POTATO CRISPS | |
3 tbsp. butter, melted 5 med. potatoes, pared Salt to taste Paprika 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese 2 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 c. Brush butter over bottom of 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Cut potatoes lengthwise 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in single layer in pan, turning once to coat. Sprinkle with salt and cheese, cereal and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
