CRISP CHEESE POTATOES 
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss potatoes and salt together. Arrange in even layers in a greased 13x9 pan. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Spread cheese evenly over, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
