HOT CRISP CHEESE BALLS | |
1 1/2 c. American cheese 1 tbsp. sifted flour 1/4 tbsp. salt 3 egg whites Grate cheese, mix with flour and salt. Whip eggs dry. Add cheese mixture. From end of spoon push off cheese size walnut and shape into balls. Roll in fine cracker meal. Place in platter of cracker meal in refrigerator about two hours. Fry in deep fat in wire basket. |
