OVERNIGHT EGG BREAKFAST | |
6 eggs, beaten slightly 2 slices bread 2 c. milk 1 lb. cooked sausage 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of pepper 1 tbsp. instant grits (optional) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. shredded cheese Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in next morning at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Especially good for company. Makes 12 to 15 servings, depending on the size. |
