BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (frozen) 1 1/2 tbsp. dried onion 1 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 2 c. Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9x13 inch pan. Last 15 minutes; mix 1 stick butter and 1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips and pour over top. |
