CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 extra lg. eggs
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
5 tsp. vanilla
5 tsp. fresh lemon

Beat on high speed without splattering until all lumps are gone. Pour into 10 inch spring pan (well greased). Bake on the middle rack at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn heat off, leave in oven DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR with door closed for 1 more hour. Leave in spring pan until cool.
