BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
16 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
14 1/2 oz. quartered artichoke hearts
8 oz. can sliced button mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. mixed Romano cheese & bread crumbs

Cook broccoli to package directions. Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil until tender. Combine everything but cheese and crumb mixture in 2 liter baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
