FETTUCINI AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) box fettucini
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. bacon
1/2 stick butter
1 fresh bunch broccoli

Cook bacon until brown and crisp. Drain fat. Cook broccoli just until crunchy; drain. Cook fettucini; drain. Add butter, bacon pieces (break bacon into bite size pieces), and also cut broccoli - cut into small pieces. Mix lightly. Lightly grease 2 1/2 quart casserole with butter. Put half of fettucini broccoli and bacon in casserole; add half of Mozzarella cheese (spread evenly); add remaining half of fettucini and another half of Mozzarella cheese. Put in microwave or oven long enough to melt cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
