MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 scallions, chopped
4 slices crumbled bread
8 oz. shredded Cheddar
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sour cream
Garlic powder and pepper to taste

Clean mushrooms, separate stems from caps. Chop up stems and saute in butter with green onions. Stir in garlic powder and pepper. Add bread crumbs and sour cream. Add mushroom caps and mix well.

In buttered or "Pam" sprayed casserole dish, alternate cheeses, mushroom mixture ending with cheese. Garnish with paprika (optional). Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until well heated.
