MUSHROOM-BACON SALAD 
1 lb. mushrooms, cut in 1/4" slices
3 scallions, thinly sliced
2/3 c. olive oil
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
12 slices bacon, cut in 1/2" pieces & cooked until crisp
Bibb lettuce

Combine everything except mushrooms, bacon and lettuce. Pour mixture over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally. Spoon mushrooms and onions onto bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with bacon over the top and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
