BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can celery soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. minced onion

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in salted water; drain well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Can be mixed and frozen.
