TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
Pumpkin seeds

Wash the seeds that you saved from the cooked pumpkin. Remove the strings to the best of your ability. Soak the seeds overnight in salted water (1 1/2 teaspoons salt per 2/3 cup water.) Then place the seeds in a low baking pan in the oven at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden. Eat with or without removing the shells.
