TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS | |
Pumpkin seeds Wash the seeds that you saved from the cooked pumpkin. Remove the strings to the best of your ability. Soak the seeds overnight in salted water (1 1/2 teaspoons salt per 2/3 cup water.) Then place the seeds in a low baking pan in the oven at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden. Eat with or without removing the shells. |
