BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix above ingredients.

BATTER:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil

Layer batter, cream cheese and batter. Bake in cupcake pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
