BIKERS MEATY PASTA SHELLS
1 lb. lg. shell pasta
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce or more depending if you like it soupy
3/4 c. Colby cheese, grated
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
1 sm. pkg. mild Cheddar, shredded
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Brown beef and garlic, pour off excess fat. Stir in pepper, salt, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce. Add 1/2 Colby cheese, 1/4 Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 Cheddar and egg. Set aside. Cook shells stirring often so they don't stick together. When water starts to boil again, cook 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Spread some sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Fill shells with meat mixture. Arrange shells on sauce. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top layering with the rest of the spaghetti sauce, ending with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more. You can use more sauce and cheese to your liking. More cheese to make it cheesier and more sauce to make it saucier.
