ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 slices rye bread
2 slices white bread
2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano

Soak 4 slices of bread in 1 cup water; mash with fork and add to hamburger and next five ingredients. Mix well and shape into loaf in pan. Dot top with butter, pour tomato sauce over loaf and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
