FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped cream

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. pudding (vanilla, chocolate or butterscotch)
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip

FIRST LAYER: Combine all ingredients; put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Mix 2nd layer and spread over first layer. Repeat with 3rd and 4th layers. Chill.
