1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. peeled sliced apples

Mix all ingredients together, folding in apples last. Bake in buttered pie plate at 350 degrees until done, 40 minutes.
