1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 scant tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apples

Blend sugar and butter together. Add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Add nuts, apples and mix together. Place in greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
