CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW TORTE 
1 lb. brown and white sandwich cookies, crushed
1 tbsp. butter

Add butter to crushed cookies. Pat in bottom of 9x13 inch cake pan. Save 1 cup for the top.

Cook 2 large boxes of chocolate pudding according to directions. Pour over crust while still hot. Cool.

Mix together 1 pound bag light marshmallows and 1 1/4 cups milk in a double boiler. Stir constantly until melted. Let cool.

Whip 1 pint of whipping cream. Add marshmallow mixture. Pour over cooled pudding. Sprinkle rest of crushed cookies on top. Keep refrigerated.
