CHOCOLATE FREEZE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

SAUCE:

1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. mini-marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Brown coconut and butter, remove from heat, add crushed Oreos, mix well. Put 3/4 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. In double boiler, heat sauce ingredients until melted, then cool.

Cut vanilla ice cream in slices and lay over crust. Then pour sauce over ice cream. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture and 1 cup chopped nuts (optional). Then freeze.
