CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. chocolate wafers, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix chocolate wafers and butter. Press on bottom of pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix with mixer the cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes in springform pan. With knife, loosen the edges. Let it cool completely before releasing the sides. Refrigerate and serve. Many servings.
