CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter; add crumbs and sugar; mix well. Press crumbs on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 6 minutes; cool.

FILLING:

2 lbs. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 jumbo eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Mix softened cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; blend well. Add whipping cream and vanilla; mix.

Pour in thin layers of the filling and sprinkle each layer with chocolate chips, finishing with chips on top. Bake 50 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
